1 • Please provide the initial, name (optional), Date of Birth, and size in the "notes" section at checkout.
Sizing options: 4x6", 5x7", 8x10", 11x14", 11x17", 12x16", 12x18", 16x20", 18x24", 20x30", 24x36", A5, A4 (21x30cm), A3, A2, 30x40cm, 40x50cm, 50x70cm. Please send us a message if you are looking for a custom size.
2 • Once your order has been finalized we will email you (within 1-2 business days) a proof design to approve. We will work with you to ensure that the design and colour work perfectly in your nursery. (We allow 2 edits per purchase)
3 • Once you have approved your design we will email you the finalized copy in high resolution for you to download.
4 • You can now print your design at any print center or on your home printer.

Shipping Information
We ship our all our orders via Canada Post. Once your order has been fulfilled we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking details so that you can track your parcel with the respective courier company.
We also ship worldwide. Depending on where you live, we use a combination of DHL, Fedex and Canada Post.
Please note that delivery timeframes are approximate and may vary based on time of delivery.
Digital products are emailed to your nominated email address within 2 business days.
Shipping Policy
We ship orders each business day. For those products that are in stock and do not have a listed processing time you can expect your order to be dispatched within 2 business days*. Once your order is shipped we take no responsibility for delays that may occur as a result of our Couriers.
Shipping Prices
Canada Wide Standard : We offer flat rate postage for all orders being posted inside Canada and USA. For all other orders shipping is calculated based on your order weight and measurements. You may select additional upgrades to express your package at checkout.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We understand that sometimes exchanges and returns are necessary. We welcome returns or exchanges within 7 days of receival. Please contact us via email or message hello@snugglyjacks.com to arrange a return or exchange. Your products must be received by us in new unwashed condition with its original packaging and tags in place. We are not able to exchange or refund any products that have been unpackaged and washed. Postage must be covered by you for all returns and exchanges. Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your return or exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on digital products. All purchases for digital products are final and can not be changed.
